SS304 water tank is bolted/welded assembled from 304 stainless steel panels. It is used for drinking water , fire fighting waterand industrial water storage etc.
Generally stamping into three sizes, 1x1 m, 1x0.5 m and 0.5x0.5 m , the surrounding tungsten argon arc welding, with high strength, light weight, low cost, environmental health and so on.

When install the stainless steel water tank, following accessories are needed:
bolts & nuts, access covers, inlet, outlet, lockable drain connected to the nearest floor gully, overflow, vent, float level indicators, internal and external ladders, interconnecting piping, steel construction support structure, etc.
1. Support for Panels: The panels shall be supported externally or internally by an adequate support system.
2. Sealing Materials: Non toxic Rubber foam to be used for all jointing, it is especially developed with long experience and technology on Stainless Steel products. It maintains soft itself and adhesives even at low temperature.
3. Bolts, nuts and washers for the assembly of panels: Exposed externally and internally are stainless steel. 4. Flange: the flanges for inlet, outlet, drainage, overflow are stainless steel.
We usually use wooden pallet or container.we can make the packing according to customer's request.
