Application

1. As leveling agent:0.3-0.5 g/L HM-315, It can resolve the problem of dyeing property difference for polyester fiber in spinning process. Can solve the problem in leveling and penetrating of the fabric as zipper and elastic belt; Can reduce the problem when dyeing some fiber which easy to dyeing badly.
2. As correction agent: the amount of HM-315 depends on the fault degree of the cloth. The general suggest amount is 2-3 g/L HM-315 and add some dyes at 130-135ºC for 30-60 min.
3. As color stripper: according handle, adding Na₂CO₃/liquid alkali to improve stripping effect.

1. As leveling agent or washing the dye vat: 5-8 g/L HM-315; 3-6g/L caustic sode, 2-4g/L reducting agent,  at 130ºC for 45 min.
2. Also can used as carrier.

Packing & Storage

125 Kg in one plastic drum; can be stored for 6 months under 5~35ºC,cool and dry conditions. Please use the product quickly after open the lid. Sould make the lid close after use.
