Due to special specification of PET resin, production of PET bottle needs two steps as follows:
STEP No. 1: Material--dehumidify--load material--injection machine --preforms
STEP No. 2: Preforms--re-heat preforms--blowing machine --stretch and blow --bottles

Automatic stretch blow molding machine adopts infrared type heating mode, whose superior thermal-radiation and thermal penetrability provide machine with powerful heating to meet strict preform heating requirement under speedy moving. Infrared heating lamps placed onto three heating zone with 10 sets of independent voltage adjusting module and advanced microcomputer controller, can offer ideal heating for preform in different size.
