Working PricinpleThe constant pressure variable frequency water supply equipment takes the water pressure at the outlet end of the water pump as the setting parameter. The pressure sensor installed on the outlet pipe network monitors the pressure of the pipeline network and converts it into an electrical signal to be sent to a programmable controller or microcomputer controller. After calculation and comparison with the given pressure setting parameters, the comparative parameters are obtained. After analysis and processing, the signal is transmitted to the frequency converter to control the operation of the water pump and adjust the speed of the water pump motor, Realize closed-loop regulation of water pressure in the user's pipeline network, so that the water supply system automatically stabilizes at the set pressure value at a constant pressure: that is, when the user's water consumption increases, the output voltage and frequency increase, the pump speed increases, and thus the water output increases; When the user's water consumption decreases, the output voltage and frequency decrease, the pump speed slows down, and the water output decreases, thereby maintaining the pressure of the pipeline network at the set pressure value.
When the water consumption exceeds the water supply capacity of one pump, the PLC control switch is used to add the pump. According to the size of water consumption, the PLC controls the number of working pumps to increase or decrease, and the frequency converter regulates the speed of the water pump to achieve constant pressure water supply.
When the water supply load changes, the voltage and frequency of the input motor also change, forming a closed-loop control system based on the set pressure.
