Q2: How do I pay? Can I use a credit card?
A2: You can pay by the following methods. PayPal online, PayPal direct payment, credit card (via PayPal gateway), bank transfer, wire transfer (T/T) payment, Western Union, letter of credit.
Q3: How long will it take for me to receive the goods?
A3: We will arrange shipment within 5~7 business days after we receive the deposit or full payment. If it takes longer, we will inform you as soon as possible. Air freight takes about 2 to 4 days. Sea freight 2-50 days, depending on the country.
Q4: How will I receive my order? Is it safe in transit?
A4: For your purchased items, we will arrange sea freight or international express such as DHL, FedEx, TNT and UPS. it should be quite safe during the sea or air freight. In addition, we will purchase insurance as a guarantee for your order.

Q6: What if I don't know how to install the machine?
A6: We can send engineers with good English to your country to install the machine for you and give you training so that you can operate the machine well, you are also very welcome to come to our factory for free training.
Q7: What is the warranty policy?
A7: We provide 1 year warranty. During the 1 year warranty period, if there is any problem with any parts, our company will replace the parts and help you to replace the parts for free. When the warranty period expires, we will still give you free technical support. The only difference is that replacement parts are no longer free of charge. So, as long as you use our printers, we will provide you with lifetime after-sales service.
