A1: Certainly yes, sample orders with your designs are welcomed.
Q2:How is the order process?
A2:Confirm specifications - > confirm price - > proofing - > confirm sample - > sign a contract, arrange bulk production - > finish production - > inspection (photo or real product) - > balance payment - > delivery - > after-sales service.
Q3:How soon can I get my products made? How can I make payment ?
A3:Sample production time is about 5-7 days and bulk production time is about 25-30 days after the payment is received and confirm all the details .
Usually we use Ali Trade Assurance,T/T,Western Union or PAYPAL.
Q4 .:Can I do a custom logo on the dress?
A4 : Yes.
Q5: What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
A5: If you can provide PDF, JPG, AI,etc.Our designer can make sample for final confirmation.
Q6: What shipping way usually you use ?
A6:Usually we use DHL,FedEx,UPS and TNT,about 3-5 days to your door after sending.
Q7:What can I do if something is wrong with my order?
A7:Please don't worry and trust we are responsible Just send us pictures so we can better check and know what the problem is, and then try our best to solve the problems effectively and pleasantly.
