HGY pipelayer is mainly used for pipe hoisting operations in pipeline construction, such as pipe transportation, pipe laying, assembly and trenching. The pipelayer chassis is a special hydraulic chassis for developed on the basis of mature excavator chassis technology. The traveling system adopts hydrostatic transmission mode, with small impact on start and stop, and can realize in-situ steering; The lifting system adopts full hydraulic transmission, with stable transmission and good micro motion performance. 3, The motor oil inlet of luffing winch and winding winch is equipped with high-quality balance valve produced by America SUN company to ensure that there is no free fall under the rated load.
4, Adopt steel wire rope luffing, and the starting and stopping impact can be reduced through the use of multiple rate pulley block, with better micro control.
