JMG can tailor-make various types of Reinforced Flexible Pipe (RFP) according to SY/T 6662 specifications of China's oil and gas industry, API Spec 17J and API Spec 15S specifications of American Petroleum Association. SEP's API 17J Unbonded Flexible Pipe, API 15S Aramid-fiber-reinforced & Steel-reinforced Pipe are certified by API to use the official API monogram. Its RFP products can be widely used in various industries such as onshore and offshore oil and gas drilling, shale gas production, hydrogen conveying, chemical, municipal engineering etc.
JMG can not only provide customers with integratedsolutions for the safety of oil and gas pipelines, but also provide technical services for pipeline design, test, installation, inspection, evaluation, maintenance and repair. SEP has international advanced pipeline leak monitoring software and integrity management software. It is the integrated solution provider for oil and gas RFP including product design, manufacturing, installation and maintenance.
JMG has established strict quality management system which is in accordance with both ISO9001:2015 and API Spec Q1 standards. All SEP products pass FAT test prior to delivery to ensure good product performance and quality.

JMG can produce various specifications of RFP with diameter of 50- 290mm (2-8 inch) and high operation pressure up to 42 MPa(6090psi) according to client's requirements, the major pipe specific parameters are as below:

Question 1: What are your strengths?

    Answer: Kunshan Gemag Machinery adopts a unique combination of infrared and hot air heating. The heating method is reasonable, efficient, with good heating effect and stable performance, which makes the adhesion of the reinforcement layer stronger. With mature technology and experienced engineers.
Question 1: How will the machine be assembled and debugged when it arrives at the factory, and will the customer's employees be trained?
    Answer: We will debug the equipment before delivering it to the customer's site. After the debugging is correct, it will be disassembled and sent to the customer's factory. After shipment, we will have experienced engineers on-site to install and assist in debugging. After the on-site installation and commissioning are completed, all-round training will be provided to the customer's employees.
Question 1: What do you do if there is a problem or failure with equipment that requires guidance or replacement parts?
    Answer: If there is a problem, we will provide video technical guidance, and if necessary, we will send engineers to the site to solve the problem. If during the warranty period, parts need to be replaced, we will send spare parts for free. For wearing parts, we only charge the cost fee.
Question 1: How long is the warranty period of the product?
    Answer: We will provide 1 year parts warranty and technical support.
Question 1: Can I visit your factory in China?
    Answer: Yes, our factory is located in Kunshan, Suzhou, near Shanghai. If customers need on-site visits, we can provide airport pick-up for you. Question 1: Can you customize according to requirements?
