Performance and design benefit MCS19 pressure sensor is a new type of pressure sensor designed and developed by using our company's original, world-leading MCS technology with completely independent intellectual property rights.(Note: MCS--Metals Coalesce System polymetallic fusion system.)
Among them, the elastomer and the sensitive gate choose the plate-shaped metal material with very stable performance. firstly, the elastomer and the sensitive gate material are fused together to form an elastic complex in the environment of high temperature, high pressure and high vacuum by patented technology, and then their physical properties tend to be infinitely consistent through a special process.
Then the diameter and thickness of the elastic diaphragm are processed according to the required range.
Secondly, on the surface of the sensitive gate material, uniform glue, lithography, development, etching a number of Wheatstone bridge circuits corresponding to the number of elastic diaphragms.
Finally, the elastomer is divided into pressure sensors with the center of the elastic diaphragm and the center of the Wheatstone bridge as the axis.
Because of the characteristics of large deflection, strong shear force, small yield attenuation, wide applicable temperature range, stable metallographic structure and so on, the final pressure sensor has the advantages of high stability, high reliability, high overload, low temperature drift, low time drift, excellent nonlinearity, small lag, good repeatability, high insulation strength and so on.
