Description

Description: This series is a premixed compound of silicone rubber with economical general purpose with good
balanced properties, vulcanizing under heat after addition of a vulcanizing agent that could be chosen according to processing requirement.
 
Special properties:
          Good appearance.
         Easy to process and demold, not sticky to rolls.
         Good stability up to 200ºC.
         Slight replastification after prolonged storage.
         Wild range of reloading or blending.
         Bright colors easily obtained
Main applications:
           Extrusions such as seals, sheet, tube, etc.
          Molded articles, calendered sheet, etc.
Characteristics:
         Type (according to GB/T 5576-1997)................................VMQ

Curing Condition:
        After addition of 1.1% of 2,5-dimethyl-2-5-di(tert-butylperoxy) (at 45%) and
        vulcanization for 10min at 170°C.

A: Our factory is nearby Shanghai Port, but loading port can be negotiated. We could ship by sea, by air or by express(EMS, UPS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX and etc). Please confirm with us before placing orders.

A: All the products must be tested refers to key specifications during the production and final inspection before shipment.
