1.Automatic start and input function When the utility grid stops supplying electricity or the utility voltage is lower than 80% of the rated value, the generator set will start automatically, and after the successful start, the switching switch will automatically switch to realise the load power supply, and the starting process will be within 15s, and it has a remote port, so that the starting delay can be set to realise the automatic start of the generator set.
2.Automatic exit function During the self-generation transmission of the generator set in the automatic state, if the utility power is restored and confirmed after 30s, the generator set starts to execute the automatic withdrawal procedure, the generator set will firstly cut off the load, restore the utility power supply, and then automatically shut down the generator set after two minutes of cold running. If the utility power stops supplying power during the cold running period, the unit will automatically adjust the speed and restore power supply to the load.
3.Warning/failure protection function When the battery voltage is low, charging failure, overcurrent, low oil pressure, water temperature and other abnormalities, the device is not shutdown alarm, this time the alarm light flashes (when the value exceeds the limit value is immediately shut down); when the speed is too high or too low, frequency over the limit, voltage over the limit, emergency stops, start-up failure, etc., there is a fault protection function, if a certain analogue input value is greater than the upper limit or lower than the lower limit, the beginning of the corresponding too high/low delay, the delay is not back to normal after the end of the data, then the unit will automatically shut down. If a certain analogue input value is greater than the upper limit or lower than the lower limit, it will start to correspond to the over-high/under-low delay, and if the data is still not back to normal after the end of the delay, then the equipment will shut down immediately, and the alarm light will be on.
4.Automatic charging function During the period of utility power or self-generation, the unit can automatically charge the start-up control battery.
5.Manual function Automatic and manual on the control system panel of the unit, when the system works in the manual state, it can realise the start-up of the unit, high and low speed loading and changing, power supply, shutdown, alarm signal light test alarm lifting the self-generated electricity splitting and closing, utility power closing and other operations. Emergency stop knob is effective in both automatic and manual state. Do not use this button for non-emergency situations.
