Introduction

The thermosetting dual-layer fusion bonded epoxy powder coating system is engineered to protect pipelines from corrosion in the most demanding operating environments. This product has the properties of impact, scratch, and high-temperature resistance and maintains the compatibility of the coating and cathodic protection, while no cathodic protection barrier. The total coating thickness is between 620µm and 1000µm.
This product has been certified to meet the requirements of CSA Z245.20-18 and SY/T0315-2013 standards.

                                   Specifications

Application
 
Factors such as plant capability, specifications, and pipe construction or characteristics can affect application conditions. The recommended application temperature range is 200-230ºC.
 
Surface Preparation
  
 Remove all surface contamination before abrasive blasting. Blast clean using steel grit to Sa21/2 near-white metal with surface profile of 50-100 microns. 
 Storage  1. The product should be stored in a cool, ventilated, dry room with temperature below 25ºC and humidity below 65%.
2. Keep away from fire and heat and tide.
3.After use, it should be sealed in time to prevent powder from being been polluted and damped.
4. Reduce the number of movement to avoid impact and pressure.
5. The maximum stacking height should not exceed 5 layers. 
Package and Handling The package is 25kg per box, lined with polyethylene plastic bags. In the course of shipment, it should be loaded or unloaded lightly and avoid direct sunlight and heat and moisture.

Coating Repair
  
 Pipe with excessive coating defects should be completely related to near-white finish and recoated. Pipe requiring limited coating repair- not to exceed a total area 36 square inches(0.0232 square meters). The patching system should be mixed and applied in accordance with directions contained in the Tianjin Ruiyuan powder coating Co. Ltd. data sheet. Patch sticks can be used if agreed to by the pipe coating applicator and pipe owner.
