GTC type wet plate magnetic separator is mainly composed of bracket, plate magnetic separation system, feed mixing system, water source system, iron discharge system, adjustment system and other structures.
When working, the material flow direction and iron discharge system into a reverse countercurrent type, non-magnetic material using the principle of physical structure to flow to the discharge port, through the discharge of ore washing to achieve the purpose of complete discharge. The magnetic material is adsorbed by the super-strong magnetic field through long distance, long area and many times, runs in reverse to the iron outlet through the iron unloading system, and achieves the purpose of complete unloading by washing.
