Customize the control shell sheet metal stamping and bending metal parts according to the customer's drawings
Customers can choose different materials for production:
Stainless steel plate, aluminum plate, carbon steel plate, galvanized plate, etc.
This product is made using fully CNC equipment. Firstly, a CNC punching machine is used to press and cut the material. The metal panel formed by stamping is then bent into shape using a CNC bending machine according to the drawing requirements.
From the video, you can see that we conduct drawing verification and size self inspection for each production step. Ensure that each angle of processing meets the standards of the production drawings.

Q7: What shall we do if we do not have drawings?
A: Please send your sample to our factory, then we can copy or provide you with better solutions. Please send us pictures or drafts
with dimensions (Length, Height, Width), CAD or 3D file will be made for you if placed an order.

A: Absolutely
Q9: Will my drawings be safe after sending them to you?
A: Yes, we will keep them well and not release them to a third party without your permission.

A: We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with pictures or videos which show the machining progress.
