1.There are already official dealers in the area. What's the difference between you and them?
a. Price advantage. Compared with official overseas dealers, our quotation is lower, because the price of cars purchased through Chinese dealers is lower than that of overseas official channels, and we can enjoy various policy subsidies in China, which are advantages that overseas official dealers do not have.
b. Multi-brand selection and flexible operation. We are a comprehensive agent dealer, and more than 30 well-known automobile brands to reach a cooperative relationship. For customers, the choice is diverse; Compared with traditional official dealers, our distributors do not need to pay deposit and have no annual tasks. They can flexibly adjust the models sold according to the market demand and carry out sales activities relatively freely.
c. No official after-sales support. For new energy vehicles, we will provide a set of after-sales maintenance program, on the basis of the original fuel vehicle maintenance to do an equipment and technology upgrade, can solve more than 80% of the maintenance problems.
2.Does our car have EU Homologation/EU COC certification, ECC certification? Can customs clearance be smooth?
Small and medium-sized cars we provide have EU certification, such as BYD, Skyworth, Volkswagen id, etc. Cars with EU certification will be accompanied by relevant documents to clear customs. A small number of countries and regions in the world require EU certification to introduce cars, such as the EU region and Brazil.
3.Parallel import and export: Is the customer buying a new or used car?
The parallel import and export we provide refers to the process of purchasing new cars from China and selling them to other countries and regions in the same way as used cars. The car itself is brand new, and the vehicle will be re-cleared when it arrives at the customs at the destination. The customs will again check the mileage of the vehicle, vehicle condition, factory technical indicators and so on. If it meets the local standards, it will be recognized as a new car.
4.What payment terms do we accept?
The process is to first sign the contract and pay 30% advance payment. After receiving the advance payment, we will arrange the shipment. If there is no available car, we will arrange production and purchase. Before the customer picks up the goods at the port or after the goods arrive at the 4s shop, 70% of the balance will be paid. At present, only bank transfer is accepted. If the customer needs a lot, L/C payment can be provided.
5.When can we make delivery after payment?
It mainly depends on the production time of the vehicle and the export process time in China, which is usually 1-3 months. Please contact our background customer service for specific delivery time.
6.What should I do if a part breaks? (How about the warranty?)
According to the parallel export regulations, we will not undertake the quality problem of the vehicle after customs clearance and inspection. If the vehicle is affected by its own problems, we will compensate the customer after making a claim in China according to the actual situation. The customer is responsible for the damage caused by human problems. We can also provide maintenance equipment, parts and other postal services according to customer needs.
