Q2. Can you provide customization service? A: Yes, OEM and ODM are available. We offer customized design/logo/size/color/material/package etc.
Q3. What's your sample policy and lead time? A: We can provide available sample for free, and you only need to pay the shipping cost. The charge for new sample making is refundable, which means we will return it in your bulk order. It takes around one week for sample making.
Q4. What's your minimum order quantity? A: Small order can be accepted if the products are in stock. Our MOQ of pet collar is 200 pieces per design.
Q5. Whats the bulk leadtime? A: Nomally it will take 20~30 days after all details confirmed.
