HM Series Super Mixer

HM series mixer is totally Europe design with CE certificate. All the key parts are made by CNC center to ensure the accuracy. And due the special design of mixing blade, HM mixer can archive higher capacity and better dispersion. Energy consumption will be reduced accordingly.

Main advantage

Higher throughput, less energy consumption, better dispersion, better reliability;
The inner wall and discharge port of mixing tank made by high accuracy CNC center. Make sure the tangent with bottom circle to reduce the obstacle of discharging;
Enlarged opening design makes discharging faster and cleaning easier;
For mineral filler recipe, we have option of blade with tungsten carbide surface treatment for wearing protection;

The plug is installed on high accuracy sliding rail to ensure the stability and allow to open the discharge port totally for cleaning. Cleaning time is highly reduced;
