This product is a modified product of soybean phospholipid, the liquid total phospholipid content is not less than 50%, soluble in n-hexane, partially soluble in acetone, ethanol and isopropyl alcohol; The total phospholipid content of powder is not less than 97%, the HLB value is about 10, easily dispersed in water and form a stable emulsion, insoluble in acetone, soluble in ether and n-hexane, partially soluble in alcohol, isopropyl alcohol and other organic solvents.
