The engines 35HP are produced by Quanchai engine group or Changchai engine group. 35HP track rototiller is custom-made full gear transmission. The engine is directly connected to the walking transmission and the rear rotary tillage transmission. The front of the walking transmission has 3 forward gears, 1 backward gear, and the rear of the working connection box, which can be matched with rotary tillage, ditching and a large number of farm tools. The driving wheel is made of steel through heat treatment, which is strong and wear-resistant. The machine is designed with one driving wheel, four supporting wheels and one tensionning wheel on one side. The supporting wheels are made of disposable cast steel, and the tensionning wheel is produced by the CNC machining center. Tensionning wheel diameter is enlarged and the edge of the wheels is thickened. Two steel bearings are installed in each wheel, and the fully enclosed iron oil seal enhances wheel flexibility. The fully enclosed iron oil seal can prevent clay and dirt and other impurities from entering the wheel, and prolong the service life of the bearing and wheel. The sheet metal parts of the machine are made of thickened steel plate above T3, which is durable and not easy to deform. The paint color is made of high-quality spray powder, and the adhesion is large, so that the paint will not fall off and rust. Left and right steering adopts tie rod mechanism, easy to operate, not easy to damage, malfunction. The crawler 25cm is specially made of rubber + steel wire + iron skeleton, walking freely on water and drought land. Track attached to the ground area is large, strengthen the friction, steering and walking more flexible. It will not cause rollover and tilt problems. The addition of 500W all-copper generator can ensure that the machine will not be unable to start the battery due to lack of power, so as to extend the life of the battery. The air filter adopts the blowing air filter, which can effectively filter the dust and soil produced when the farm tools are working, to ensure the normal operation of the engine and extend engine life. The line is made of copper wire, with many insurance, easy to operate in the form of plug. the line is protected by the thickened plastic soft shell so aging and damage caused by short circuit will not happen at all. The installation of the line is fixed by tools such as iron clip and tie wire. The installation is stable and will not fall off. |
