Our company has set up 5MW biomass (rice husk) poly-generation project, with an annual output of more than 20,000 tons of rice husk biochar.

The rice husk biochar has the following advantages:

1. The fixed carbon content is stable, and the biomass gasifier structure determines that the fixed carbon content of the rice husk biochar is between 40% and 55%.

2. Complete rice husk granule is in a static state in the process of carbonization, meanwhile the integrity will not be damaged. The natural bulk density of finished rice husk biochar is around 125kg/M3.

3. Ultra-low moisture content. The carbonation process of rice husk is always carried out in the closed gasifier. Besides, adopt the air cooling method, and far away from water. The moisture content

of the finished product is less than 1% and the cooling and packaging process is monitored by water sampling to fully meet the smelting requirements of the steel variety.

4. The package is made of plastic mulch and woven bag, waterproof and moisture-proof. 5,000 square meters of indoor storage ensures against damp ingress. If the customer's water requirements are particularly high,

additional double-layer waterproof packaging can be added to ensure that the it can meet water requirements.

Application

Rice husk biochar: a black granule with a honeycomb structure formed by carbonizing the husk (heating it below the temperature of ignition point, making it insufficiently combustible to get). 

Rice husk biochr is characterized by high refractoriness, good thermal insulation and strong adsorption capacity, and is a good thermal insulation agent, which is widely used in industry, agriculture and environmental protection. 

In metallurgy and casting, rice husk biochar is used to cover the surface of molten steel or molten iron, which can reduce the radiation, convection and conduction of molten steel or molten iron, reduce the temperature of casting and reduce energy consumption. 

Steel-making is a kind of thermal insulating material covered with high-quality metal liquid. The technical indexes of the product are: 40% to 57% of fixed carbon, 1.5% of residual water (before product packaging),

125Kg/m3 (before product packaging), thermal conductivity 0.025 -- 0.054w/mk. Mainly used in ladle, continuous casting tundish, moulding and casting of thermal insulation, also can be used in non-ferrous metal surface thermal insulation. 

Depending on the content of C, the price in the market is also different. Rice husks of different quality can be rubbed by hand,if it can be broken into granular black solids, and will not be crumbled and sandy, such rice husks are of very good quality. 

If it's grey, it showsvery low quality, will have a bad impact used in steelmaking . 

In agriculture, rice husk biochar can be used to improve low temperature, loose soil, adjust soil ph, cultivate seedling and improve crop yield. In environmental protection, rice husk biochar can be used in air deodorization, domestic water purification, sewage treatment and other aspects. 

Used in various cultural substrates, rice husk biochar as the black material, can enhance the heat absorption to make rising of ground temperature, water temperature, promote the growth of plants and reduce cold damage. The porous nature of the pine makes it breathable and increases the oxygen supply to the root. 

To enhance the sand soil water conservation, reduce dry damage, soft sticky soil and reduce wet damage. The main component is silica, which is similar to soil composition and can be regarded as a substitute of soil. It containing a lot of soluble silicon, can enhance plant disease resistance. A good base replacement can help plants absorb nutrients and make the wiltmann leaves thicker and sound. Although the fertilizer content is not much, it promoted the effectiveness of P, K, Ca and Mg, especially the dissolution rate of P and K. PH value above 7 is a good modifier of acidic soil. It has strong capacity of absorption, absorption toxins, to reduce continuous barrier, and reduce loss and distribution of fertilizer. It can remove the peculiar smell of livestocks and prevent invasion by insects(such as mollusks) through spreading around plants.
