Pneumatic film low temperature is a single seat, double seat deformation products. Pneumatic low temperature is composed of pneumatic film actuator and low temperature resistant single and double seat valve. The signal pressure from the regulator is input into the air chamber of the pneumatic film actuator to generate thrust and pass through
The connecting rod drives the spool, and the change of the spool position changes the flow cross-sectional area of the valve to realize the adjustment of the medium flow.

Pneumatic low temperature two-seat regulating valve precautions


1, should be installed vertically on the horizontal pipeline, in special cases need horizontal or inclined installation, generally should be supported. The garden plate installed on the wall of the incubator should be parallel to the wall of the incubator.
2. It should be installed near the ground or floor for maintenance and repair. For those equipped with positioner or handwheel mechanism, it should ensure observation, adjustment and operation and convenience.
3, generally set by-pass pipeline, in order to switch to manual operation when the automatic control system failure or maintenance, not to stop production.
4, equipped with a handwheel mechanism, can also omit the bypass pipeline manual operation, can also be used to limit the opening. When stopped in use, the handwheel mechanism must be restored to the original neutral position to facilitate the normal operation of the automatic control system.
5. When installing, the medium flow direction should be consistent with the direction indicated by the valve body.
