Working principal:
The binder added for easy molding of raw powder parts produced by pressing, injection molding, additive manufacturing molding etc. need to be removed by degreasing process.Then, degreased parts shall be sintered and alloied at a certain heating temperature to obtain excellent mechanical properties of Metallurgical parts; The equipment provides the required clean environment for the sintering of powder molded products under vacuum condition
Structure:
The main mechanism includes horizontal water cooling jacket structure, front door or front and rear double door furnace body, graphite heating element and carbon fiber heat shield, graphite sealing case with multi-layer high-strength graphite board for placement of parts to be sintered, grease and binder collection system, protective gas control system, fast cooling system, vacuum system, water cooling system, electrical control system etc.
Advantages:
1. The max. uniformity is ± 3ºC; Common temperature is 1550ºC;
2. The heating element can be selected from graphite, molybdenum etc.;
3. Different gas atmospheres such as hydrogen, argon, nitrogen etc for option;
4. Optional rapid cooling function;
5. Two processes of continuous degreasing and sintering can be realized in the same furnace body;
6. Various sintering processes such as vacuum, atmosphere and constant pressure can be realized;
Parameter:
Application:This equipment is mainly used for the debinding and sintering of MIM/PM stainless steel products, porous filter materials, hard alloys, high temperature alloys, high specific gravity alloys, magnetic materials, carbides and other products.
