Description

The component of carbon molecular sieve (CMS) is carbon. CMS takes the appearance of cylindrical black solid, contains countless 4 angstrom fine pores, it can be used to separate air into nitrogen and oxygen .In industry, CMS can concentrate nitrogen from air with PSA systems. Our CMS products have the character of large nitrogen yield capacity; high nitrogen recovery. It can meet the requirement of all types of PSA nitrogen systems.
The carbon molecular sieve is widely applied in petroleum chemical industry, the heat treatment of metal, the electronic manufacture and food preservation industries.

Application

1.Be used to separate air into N2 and O2.
2.Be applied in petroleum chemical, heat treatment, electronic and food preservation industries.

Air Supply System:
The air will be purified by compression to remove oil, water and dust, then be used by PSA device.
PSA Nitrogen Generation System:
The compressed air flows from bottom to top through the adsorption towers, which is fully filled with CMS. The oxygen will be first adsorbed by the surface of CMS, while nitrogen will still go on flowing to the buffer tank. After adsorbing for a certain time, CMS needs regeneration as it issaturated by oxygen.
Regeneration will be implemented by stopping adsorption and reducing pressure in the tower. The alteration of adsorption and regeneration of the two towers makes nitrogen generation continuously.
