1. The automatic Multi-Function Packing Machine is the newest packing machine from Rick equipment. It is an automatic packing machine for tube film. The tubular film material is PE (polyethylene). When the top and end of the bag is cut and sealed, it would make a bag.
2. Compare with the traditional VFFS machine, it can be sealed with the film of PP and PE. And it directly using the double-layers tube film, without the limit of the former for a single-layer film. And time for changing former.
3. The Multi-Function packing machine is an easy operation and multi-function packing machine. It is for different weight and size product, like machines parts, hard wear, and dry fruit, etc. It has options for manually filling and packing, or connecting with automatic filling machine, like multi-head weigher, linear feeder or bowl vibrator, as a whole weighing and packing system.
4. The advantage is that it doesn't need any former for different bag size. Just change the film roll.
5. It is not good for the operator to do daily work like film changing, former adjustment. But the Mini Tube Bagger would be simplify their work and easy running.

Machine guaranty and technical support lifetime for all kind of Machine. All machine's parts can be replaced for free within the warranty period if broken (excluding error operation).
2. Q: Is it difficult to install the automatic capping Machine?
A: The work shop should prepare full facility such as power and air compressor. For the first installation, engineer will be sent to set machine and do the machine training as long as manual instruction. For the further problems come out, we will provide solution video/photo instruction as well.
3. Q: What's the automatic capping Machine lead time?
A: For the standard machines, we can delivery within 35 days. If it is customized by customer (OEM), the lead time is 40-50 days.
