XY-80 defoamer is
mineral oil defoamer designed
for waterborne adhesive.
This can easily disperse in aqueous system( waterborne adhesive), take effect in foam inhibiting during the use of waterborne adhesive.

XY-80 defoamer is composed of various substances. Probably this product stratifies or there are deposits after long placed and it is normal phenomenon. Stir it properly before use.
Don't dilute this product with water, otherwise this product may stratify and its use performance will drop.
It is suggested that use a suitable device and/or tool, add this product into the place where it can disperse easily.
In waterborne adhesive production, add XY-80 defoamer in below work section:
1. material premixing/mixing section
2. in finished waterborne adhesive(end product)
0.1-0.8% addition of the total formula weight.
Best dosage level should be based on a series of lab and field test result.
Proper dosage level of this defoamer is sufficient for inhibiting and breaking the foam effectively, don't use it excessively.
The product is available in 25kg, 200kg plastic drum and IBC tank; package sizes can be customized according to special requirements.
When stored between 5 and 40ºC (41-104ºF) in the original unopened containers, the product has a usable life of 12 months from the date of manufacture.
