Danshensu (also called Salvianic acid A) is an organic compound with the molecular formula C9H10O5. It is a white powder. It is one of the important components of the extract of Salvia miltiorrhiza. It is a phenolic aromatic acid compound isolated from the first ginseng in 1980.
