Used as a softener and auxiliary foaming agent for rubber materials, it usually also has a plasticizing function. It is also a major raw material for footwear, rubber molded miscellaneous parts, inner tubes, foaming and extrusion products, and other products. When using Factice, it is possible to consider reducing the amount of oil used, and adjusting the safe and flat period for the vulcanization system. In sponge systems, there is a certain impact on compressive deformation, and a reasonable dosage can greatly improve the ability to resist compressive deformation.
This product is a high aromatic hydrocarbon resin, which is a brown to black solid. It is a plasticizer that helps to disperse the rubber evenly and reduce product bubbles. It contains a certain amount of sulfur and can assist in vulcanization! Promote the dispersion of fillers in the rubber material, with a smooth surface, low shrinkage rate, and high stiffness, which is helpful for rolling, extrusion, and injection operations, reducing jet flow, aging resistance, and good electrical bonding. However, it is prone to alkalization and cannot be used for alkali resistant products. In low hardness rubber formulations, it replaces some liquid plasticizers to improve the mixing process.
