Product Description


1.Sintered stone can be in direct contactwith food. It is made of natural stone.100% recyclable, non-toxic, non-radiation, healthyand environmentally friendly.

2.There will not be any physical changes(shrinkage, cracking, discoloration)when encountering an open flame at2000°C, nor will itemit any gas or odor. It will not bedeformed when directly contacting hotobjects.
 
 
3.The water absorption rate of sinteredstone is less than one thousandth,which is the highest index amongman-made buildingmaterials. The stain can't penetrate.and the bacteria can't grow.

4.The Mohs hardness of sintered stoneexceeds 6 degrees, which can resistscratches.
 

5.Sintered stone can resist acid, alkaliand various chemical substances.Solvent such as detergents anddisinfectants will notdamage the sintered stone.

6.We only need to wipe it with a wettowel to clean it up, no specialmaintenance requirements. Thecleaning is simple and fast.

Company Profile

 
Yangtu was established in 2003 and mainly produces products such as ceramic permeable bricks for sponge city construction, mechanical building ceramics, and more. In 2022, the company launched a new product called quartz stone board and was listed as a provincial key development and construction project. Yangtu has excellent finance, management, production, and sales teams.
The first project of the quartz stone slab factory covers an area of 140 acres, designed with 16 production lines and 6 grinding lines.
The factory was officially put into operation in October 2022, and all products are exported to foreign markets such as Europe, America, and Australia. Currently, the factory has 8 production lines with a daily production capacity of 6000 square meters.

The entire line uses Guangdong Yongjin compressors and gas splint curing furnaces to ensure product density and flatness.
The factory plans to increase the number of production lines to 16 by the end of this year, achieving a daily output of 12000 square meters.
