Description
Organic fertilizer raw materials (animal manure, household waste, dead branches and leaves, biogas residue waste bacterial strains, etc.) are fermented and enter a crusher for crushing. Then, elements such as nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium are added (pure nitrogen, phosphorus pentoxide, potassium chloride, chloride, etc.), and stirred with a mixer. Then, they enter the new organic fertilizer granulation mechanism for particles. After coming out, they are dried and screened through a screening machine. Qualified products are packaged and unqualified ones are returned to the granulation machine for granulation
 
Product Introduction

2. It can be used for the fermentation and composting of organic waste such as livestock and poultry manure, sludge waste, sugar factory filter mud, residue cake, and straw sawdust. It is widely used for the fermentation and ripening of organic fertilizer plants, compound fertilizer plants, sludge waste plants, horticultural fields, and mushroom cultivation plants.
3. The flipping span can be between 3 to 30 meters, and the flipping depth can reach between 0.8 to 1.8 meters. There are multiple specifications and models of double groove and half groove to meet different customer needs.
 
The disc angle of the granulator adopts an overall circular arc structure, with a granulation rate of over 93%. The bottom of the granulation plate is reinforced with multiple radiating steel plates, which are sturdy, durable, and not easily deformed. The design of a weighted, thickened, and sturdy base eliminates the need for anchor bolts for stable operation. The main gear of the granulator adopts high-frequency quenching, which doubles its service life. The disc granulator has the advantages of uniform granulation, high granulation rate, stable operation, sturdy and durable equipment, and long service life, making it an ideal equipment for users to choose from
 
The organic fertilizer production line for livestock and poultry manure is divided into two stages: fermentation and granulation
1. Pre fermentation part: Organic fertilizer fermentation equipment, high humidity material crusher, drum screening machine
2. Post granulation part: mixing mixer, organic fertilizer granulation machine, disc granulation machine, wet stirring tooth granulation machine, organic fertilizer dryer, rotary cooling machine, drum screening machine, rotary coating machine, automatic weighing and packaging machine, intermediate belt conveyor link.
Raw materials for organic fertilizer production
1. Feces: Chicken manure, pig manure, cow manure, sheep manure, horse manure, rabbit manure, crane manure, pigeon manure, and other animal manure
2. Straw category: corn straw, corn cob, rice straw, wheat straw, soybean straw, sweet potato straw, rice straw
3. Hull and bran: rice husk, rice husk powder, peanut husk fraction, peanut seedling powder, rice bran, mushroom bran, wood chips
4. Tank residue category: distiller's grains, soy sauce residue, vinegar residue, furfural residue, xylose residue, coal residue, garlic residue, sugar residue, sugarcane residue, cotton waste residue, and medicinal residue
5. Cake category: soybean cake, soybean meal, oil dried, rapeseed cake, peanut cake, sesame cake
6. Sludge category: domestic sludge, sugar factory filtration sludge, papermaking sludge
7. When adding raw materials such as plant growth regulators, synergists, anti caking agents, colorants, brighteners, adhesives, trace elements, large amounts of elements, and carrier materials to produce organic fertilizers, an appropriate amount can be added according to specific needs
