Description

Organic fertilizer raw materials (animal manure, household waste, dead branches and leaves, biogas residue waste bacterial strains, etc.) are fermented and enter a crusher for crushing. Then, elements such as nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium are added (pure nitrogen, phosphorus pentoxide, potassium chloride, chloride, etc.), and stirred with a mixer. Then, they enter the new organic fertilizer granulation mechanism for particles. After coming out, they are dried and screened through a screening machine. Qualified products are packaged and unqualified ones are returned to the granulation machine for granulation

Product Introduction

The disc angle of the granulator adopts an overall circular arc structure, with a granulation rate of over 93%. The bottom of the granulation plate is reinforced with multiple radiating steel plates, which are sturdy, durable, and not easily deformed. The design of a weighted, thickened, and sturdy base eliminates the need for anchor bolts for stable operation. The main gear of the granulator adopts high-frequency quenching, which doubles its service life. The organic fertilizer production line for livestock and poultry manure is divided into two stages: fermentation and granulation
