Plant root analyzer
GXY-B root analysis system is used to measure and analyze plant root phenotype related parameters. It can analyze root length, diameter, surface area, volume, number of root tips, branching number, joint points, connection points, overlap number, rhizobia, box dimension, etc. It can also measure leguminous plants, needle leaf area, volume, cotton fiber thickness, length, etc.
Application scope
Root analysis function:
1. Topology analysis: The root analysis system can automatically perform topology analysis of the root system, automatically determine parameters such as the number of connections, length, and volume of the root system. It can automatically distinguish the level of lateral roots and analyze the parameters of the main root or any lateral root. The root system level is divided into 8 levels, making root analysis more accurate;
2. Rhizobia analysis: It can automatically identify and analyze the proportion of rhizobia volume in the root system, in order to objectively determine the number of rhizobia, rhizobia surface area, contribution of rhizobia surface area, rhizobia volume, and contribution of rhizobia volume. Unrecognized rhizobia can be manually added, and erroneous rhizobia identified by the system can be deleted. Manual operation makes the data more accurate;
3. Connection analysis: It can accurately analyze the angle relationship of each root segment within the root system;
4. Segmental measurement: root system segmentation and grading can be carried out by diameter, projected area, surface area, volume and length, and grading settings can be customized to automatically measure the length, projected area, surface area, volume, etc. of each diameter segment and their distribution parameters, and output data histogram to achieve data visualization
5. Intelligent correction, resulting in more accurate results: can perform root system correction such as merging and branching, deleting connections, merging root tips, disconnecting connections, deburring, main root correction, lateral root correction, root thickness correction, etc., with strong operability;
6. Automatic noise removal: By setting pixel values to eliminate noise and highlight the contour of the target root system;
7. Automatic calibration: After the user inputs scanned pixels, the software automatically converts the actual length;
8. Personalized display, easier observation: supports selecting and setting parameters for image analysis, and different colors can be used to display the endpoints, joint points, connecting line segments, nodules, main roots, 1-6 level lateral roots, and low-level lateral roots of the root system, facilitating intuitive display and differentiation during detection;
9. Image binarization: Adjust the grayscale contrast of the image to better segment the root system and adjust the background, making the analysis results more accurate;
10. Restore to the initial image: The analyzed or operated image can be restored to the state it was in when it was first opened;
11. Target area analysis: You can manually select the target area you want to measure and only analyze the selected target area, making analysis more flexible and increasing data accuracy.
