Freeze Dried Banana Powder
Freeze dried Banana powder is made from natural ripe bananas with vacuum freeze drying technology. The process includes freezing the fresh fruit under low temperature in vacuum environment, lowering pressure, removing the ice in frozen fruit by sublimation,crushing the freeze dried fruit into powder and sieving the powder through 80 mesh.
Banana powder is made from fresh bananas known as "happy food" through unique crushing technology, microencapsulation and other processes. The product adopts the world's leading crushing technology, insists not to add any flavor pigments, and does not add preservatives. Banana powder has a unique flavor, sweet and sour, non-toxic, excellent color and fragrance.
In 100g of banana, containing 1.2g Protein, 0.5g Fat, 19.5g carbohydrate, 0.9g Crude Fiber, 9mg Calcium, 31mg Phosphorus, 0.6mg Iron, also Carotene, Thiamine, Niacin, Vitamin C, Vitamin E and rich trace element Potassium, etc.
Banana is quite effective for weight loss, because of its low calorie. The average banana (net weight, about 100g) contains only 87 claries, and is rich in dietary fiber.
