Vacuum Recovery System
Two methods that are often used in the high pressure cleaning industry are water cleaning and sandblasting. And these two methods have their own defects, the waste water from water cleaning is difficult to recycle, the waste abrasives from sandblasting are recycled, and the environment is polluted. For these two situations, our company has developed a new vacuum recovery system to solve such problems.
The principle of vacuum recovery system:
Vacuum recovery systems are designed to recover used recyclable abrasives /wastewater etc. from the work area into silos for subsequent return to water cleaning equipment/ blast cleaning equipment or, for consumable abrasives, disposal into waste hoppers. For sandblasting equipment, after the abrasive is deposited into the silo, the vacuum flow containing air and dust is filtered and then continues to the suction device, and the settled abrasive can be recycled after recycling. For water cleaning equipment, the wastewater will be recycled to the silo through the recycling system, and then it can be used with water treatment equipment to remove slag and filter the wastewater for subsequent secondary use.

Other applications of vacuum recovery systems:
Water treatment industry: When cleaning the inner and outer walls of ships/oil storage tanks, it can be used with wall-climbing cleaning robots to realize the recycling and utilization of wastewater and sewage.
Sandblasting industry:
with sandblasting equipment or automatic sandblasting robots, waste abrasives can be perfectly recovered by the vacuum recovery system.
Oil and gas industry:
When cleaning up the sludge accumulated in the oil storage tank, the vacuum recovery system can be used with the dredging robot to efficiently and quickly recover the sludge in the oil storage tank or pipeline.
Municipal engineering:
The silt at the bottom of rivers and lakes is extremely difficult to clean up due to perennial accumulation. Vacuum recovery system can be used with underwater robots.
Electric power industry:
The gas in the boiler is pumped out by a vacuum pump, so that the pressure in the boiler drops to a lower range, thereby improving the safety of the boiler.
Wood processing industry:
Use vacuum pump to degas and dry wood, so that the penetration of preservatives is deeper and the protection effect is improved.
Pharmaceutical industry:
Mainly used in distillation, purification, vacuum transportation, evaporation, concentration, drying, extraction and sublimation, etc.
Metallurgy, brick and pottery industry:
Used to prevent metal from being oxidized due to high temperature during processing, and to discharge moisture and air in bricks and ceramics through vacuum to ensure higher quality.
Plastic industry:
In the plastic production process, the plastic is melted in the extruder and degassed at the base of the screw, and the vacuum pump discharges the gas and steam in the melt to obtain ideal thermoplastic products with higher strength and better insulation properties.
