The Description:
Fused brick is also known as fused zirconium corundum brick English abbreviation is AZS, is according to the Al2O3-Zro2-sio2 ternary phase diagram of the three chemical components, according to the order of its content, Al2O3 take A, ZrO2 take Z, SiO2 take S, JC/T industry standards use this abbreviation, such as 33 fused zirconium corundum brick, Abbreviated as AZS-33 #, and so on.
AZS fused casting brick manufacturing process will be selected zircon sand and industrial aluminum oxide powder 1:1, plus a small amount of Na2O(added in the form of sodium carbonate), B2O3 (added in the form of boric acid or borax) flux, mixed evenly, after 1800~1900ºC melting casting molding, can be prepared containing ZrO2 33% of the fused cast brick. On this basis, using partially desilicated zircon sand as raw material, the fused cast brick containing ZrO2 36%~41% can be prepared. Zirconia-corundum refraetory brick using industrial aluminum oxide powder and selected zircon sand as raw materials, made of ZrO2 content of 33%~45% refractory products. Zirconium corundum brick is mainly used in glass industry tank kiln.
