Fine Bubble Tube Diffuser can be connected on one side or in pairs to different rectangular and round tubes (ABS material) with the appropriate adapter. The membranes are manufactured with premium quality EPDM material and are available with fine or coarse-bubble perforation. The support tubes(ABS or PVC material)can be reused when membranes are replaced. The units offer maximum Juntai smart tube diffusers are the best solution for long and narrow aeration tanks. The opportunity to choose different materials, connection threads, and sizes make the TD63 750 mm membrane tube diffuser fit any type of wastewater. The diffusers in Juntai are produced with the latest technology and the diffusers are used in wastewater treatment plants. The projection of each diffuser of Juntai was done after a Research and Development study that responded to the requests of wastewater treatment plants. Materials used in Juntai diffusers are carefully selected according to the processes of wastewater treatment plants and tested regularly before shipment.

1.Outstanding Capabilities and Efficiency:
The tiny bubbles are exhausted from the 4000 air holes with the size of 1~3mm on the surface to exhibit up to 25% oxygen transfer efficiency (OTE) at 4M water depth/air volume 2CMH. Juntai Smart tube diffuser also has a larger surface to provide high aeration efficiency. It can satisfy the oxygen demand (BOD/COD) required by the aeration tank.

Juntai Smart tube diffuser has the advantages of simple structure and lightweight. It can take less time to install (2 mins for each diffuser) and can reduce material costs. It can be easily adaptable to existing basins for plant upgrades. Besides, The membrane closely fits the support pipe, so it is nearly impossible to crease.
 
3.Prevent The Backflow of Sludge:
With the outstanding design, the EPDM membrane closes over the diffuser inlet when the air supply is interrupted, resisting backflow and production of algae. Also, the self-cleaning function makes the high-quality small bubbles spirally rise during aeration to reduce the risk of clogging or fouling.

 
4.High Reliability and Durability:
The rubber membrane is made of ethylene propylene diene terpolymer (EPDM) with high deformation resistance and elasticity. With the manufacturing process by injection molding pressure, the thickness of the membrane can be made consistent. It also has the advantages of low pressure, low resistance curve, low-pressure loss, and can provide excellent chemical resistance and stain resistance.
Laboratory testing and field tests
 
In our laboratory we systematically test all products for mechanical strength and head loss performance in clean water. As part of regular audits we test the Juntai diffusers' durability and material fatigue with up to 10000 cycles more.

In case of applications with specific waste water substances we recommend conducting pilot studies. Diffusers made of different membrane materials are installed on a testing frame. After a certain contact period with waste water the membrane characterictics possibly change thus durability and longevity may be estimated.In addition, we offer to evaluate the residual life span of our diffusers for our customers. After dismantling single diffusers out of the aeration tank, we examine the head loss caused by potentially changing materials and deposits. In that way, we can estimate whether a chemical and/or mechanical cleaning can extend the diffusers' life time or it is more economic to completely replace the diffuser.
