Process principle:

Brief description of the process:
After methanol and water are mixed in a certain proportion, it is heated by heat exchange with the decomposition gas at the outlet of the reactor, and after vaporization and superheating, it enters the reactor, decomposes and transforms in the reactor, decomposes the gas and raw material methanol and water after heat exchange and cooling, and then enters the pressure swing adsorption to purify the output product hydrogen after water cooling, washing and purification. The heat required for the reaction is provided by the heating device.
