4.Production Process
Melt-extracted steel fibers is derived from stainless steel ingots as primary raw material. This process employs electric furnaces to liquify the ingots into a steel material of approximately 1500-1600ºC. Proceeding past the melting stage, the liquid steel is exposed to a grooved, high-velocity, rotating, melt-extracting wheel mechanism designed to manufacture steel fibers in accordance to our clients' precise specifications. Upon reaching an ideal liquid state, the wheel mechanism instigates the steel liquid to eject through the slot, propelled by extreme centrifugal force and instantaneous cooling, thereby facilitating the molding process. Cooling efficiency is sustained by the water-infused wheel. This technique is employed to yield steel fibers of variant materials and dimensions.

Q1: Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?

30% in advance, name of port or unloading address, 70% payment.

Each batch of products will be instrumented and a product test sheet will be attached. If customers need, samples can be randomly selected by the third party testing company to issue testing certificate, to ensure the quality of goods.
