Three separation disc type separator centrifuge for animal oil factory is mainly used in refining meat oil from animals such as fishmeal facotry,animal oil factory, the capacity from 10t/d~600t/d.

 

This special design separator has the full automatic control box which used for safety protection and equips and also been equipped with advanced automatic vibration tester which can view vibrating value at any time. We can make separating and discharging to the best affection from regulating separation parameter directly at the screen.

 

It has advantages of high speed, smooth operating, compact structure, small footprint, all sealed of the inlet and discharge, low noise, good separation. The materials of centrifuge which contact with the parts are stainless steel which meets the requirements of food grade.

The disc separator is specially used for the two-phase and three- phase separation. The two-phase separation is to separate the suspended solid from liquid or two liquids which have the different specific gravity and are immiscible. The three-phase separation is to separate the two immiscible liquid phases and a phase of solid at the same time.

The materials are transmitted to the heart parts of this machine, the inside of the drum. Under the action of strong centrifugal force, the materials (mixed liquid) pass through the intervals of a group of disk pieces bundles, and then through the neutral hole of the disk pieces as the interface, the liquid with higher density (heavy phase) moves outward the neutral hole along the disk pieces, among which, the heavy residues accumulate in the sediment area, and the heavy phase flows to the large centripetal pump. The liquid with lower density (light phase) moves inward and upward along the disk pieces wall and gathers in the small centripetal pump. The heavy phase and light phase output by the large centripetal pump and small centripetal pump respectively.

Details

Working principle
The bowl driven by the motor through the friction clutch spiral gear pair rotates around the main shaft at a high speed. Stock liquid flows into the bottom of bowl's wall through the bottom edge of disc seats and their holes in it. Solid material settles onto the inner surface wall of the bowl and forms into the residue by the centrifugal force field. Then the residue will be discharged manually after the machine stops. Light liquid flows along up the outer cone surfaces of discs to the main shaft center, passes through the light liquid centripetal pump and drains out of the light liquid outlet. Heavy liquid flows along the inner tapered surface of disc down to the bowl's wall and then passes through the heavy liquid centripetal pump and drains out the heavy liquid outlet.
