• • This machine is the third-generation product of our company's lamination machine series, which is a general conventional product. It is suitable for PVC plastic door and window profiles, aluminum alloy profiles; MDF, solid wood, wood plastic, door covers and other lines are covered with PVC film Paper, veneer, CPL, leather, aluminum foil, copper foil and other roll fabrics.

Quick-change device:

The machine body is made of steel plate bending. A pressure forklift can be used to assist in switching the mold. The equipment must reserve the operating space of the pressure forklift. Each switch is about 10-15 minutes. The machine is equipped with a unidirectional feeding device as standard. Convenient and fast feeding, equipped with a movable forward and backward handle for easy machine adjustment.

Put film roller device:

Realizes the have tension put of the lamination material such by film and veneer. After the film is wound by

the film roll, the flatness of the film can be guaranteed and the lamination efficiency is improved.

Electric control device:

It adopts PLC control and integrates the functions of the hot- melt into the PLC. The machine device with a

forward and backward switch, and the debug operation is simple and convenient.
