2. Working principle
When the refined oil enters the degassing filter, the filter screen can remove solid impurities, while the refined oil enters the filter degassing chamber from the inlet end, hits the baffle, will cause pressure loss, and change the direction of liquid flow, liquid upward flow, through the oil drain plate to make the free gas and partial decomposition gas in the oil initially overflow from the oil, the oil continues to rise, through the separator shunt, Make the oil and gas further separated, the gas rises to the top, forming the gas phase space, with the expansion of the gas space, the oil and gas interface drops, drops to a certain height when the float valve device works, discharge the gas, with the gas discharge, the oil and gas interface rises, so that the float valve is closed, so repeated action to achieve the purpose of separation.

Installation and use
1. When SXQ type degassing filter is used in the pipeline, install it according to the order of filter degassing device - liquid flowmeter - valve, and pay attention to the inlet and outlet direction of the liquid should be in line with the arrow direction.
2. Pipe residue and debris must be thoroughly cleaned before installation.
Before the filter sterilizer, the straight pipe section should be installed as long as possible, so that the liquid can enter the filter sterilizer relatively smoothly.
3, in the case of gas exhaust outlet exposed to the atmosphere, in order to prevent the exhaust gas pollution of the air and accidents should be installed gas collection tank.
4. A pressure gauge should be installed on the inlet and outlet side of the filter sterilizer, and the filter should be cleaned when the pressure loss is greater than 0.07MPa.
5, the metering system in the beginning of use, should slowly open the valve, so that the measured liquid slowly into the filter degasser, to prevent the liquid self-floating ball valve exhaust port overflow.

Working principle


When the refined oil flows into from the import, through the filter installed in the cylinder, the solid impurities are removed, and the liquid passes through the filter component, the liquid flow direction is changed, so that the free gas and partially dissolved gas in the oil product fully run out, the gas rises to the top of the separator, forming a gas space, and the oil-gas interface appears. As the gas increases the pressure increases the volume increases, the oil and gas interface decreases, the float device moves to a certain extent, opens the gas valve to remove the gas, the oil and gas interface rises, the gas space shrinks the float device closes the gas valve, so that the medium flowing through the degassing filter reaches the purpose of separating oil, gas and solid.
