Description
1) Overview:
     EMG Electro hydraulic thruster is a compact driving control device integrating motor, centrifugal pump and oil cylinder. It is widely used as the driving device of various block brakes and disc brakes. It can also be used for the driving control of various industrial valves, gates, directional swing and rotation (< 900) devices and clamping devices.

2) Selling points:

      Ed series EMG eldro thrusters are exclusively manufactured by introducing the full set of design and manufacturing technology of the former EMG company in West Germany, and comply with the German standards DIN15430 and JB / T 10603-2006. The parts of Ed series thruster are processed by CNC machining center. From processing to assembly, strict process, perfect detection, reliable performance and life test ensure the best performance of the whole machine.

     Aluminum alloy shell fully sealed single push rod structure, beautiful appearance, light weight, complete functions, excellent performance and complete varieties and specifications.

     The motor is of non oil immersed structure, class F insulation, good heat resistance and long service life.

     The motor junction box cover is provided with a seal and adopts cable stuffing box for incoming, which is firm and reliable, and the electrical protection grade is IP65.

     The motor shaft and push rod are specially treated on the surface, which greatly prolongs the service life of the seal.

     The transmission part is of double sealing structure, with reliable sealing.

     One side of the Ed pusher cylinder shell is provided with a balance air chamber, which can be in the range of 0-180. Installed and used within the scope.

3) Additional device:

    Various additional devices can be installed according to the needs of users to meet different work needs.

    Ascending or descending valve: adding ascending valve "H", descending valve "8" or ascending and descending valves "h and s can prolong the ascending and descending time steplessly, and the maximum value that can be adjusted can reach 10-20 times of the rated value. The valve is adjusted externally. For the pusher with valve (when the valve is fully open), the ascending and descending time will be extended, with short stroke extended by 0.1-0.2 seconds and long stroke extended by about 0.2-0.4 seconds.

    Brake spring: (C-spring) it generates braking force. The force value of brake spring listed in the technical data sheet is the spring force when it is 1 / 3 of the rising stroke (2 / 3 of the falling stroke).

Return spring: the working principle is the same as that of C - ~ single spring, but the return spring force is small.

    Buffer spring (d-spring) plus buffer spring (only applicable to short stroke thruster) mainly regulates the braking process: the non periodic transient process of buffer braking makes the braking stable. It replaces the connecting rod connecting block and is installed on the piston rod without changing the stroke of the thruster. (Note: the pusher with d-spring cannot be equipped with travel switch and must be used together with C Spring)

    Heater: in the area where the ambient temperature is lower than - 20 ºC, the heater can be added according to the user's needs. The heater can be divided into AC110V or AC220V voltage (see the following table for parameters). It needs to be noted when ordering. The temperature control and adjustment method is selected by the user.

    Travel switch: according to the user's requirements, the pusher can be equipped with mechanical travel switch or proximity switch.
