It was formerly known as Heibei Nanfeng Group, which has been engaged in the metal product industry for over 30 years. The company is currently a large scale of stamping production enterprise with 200 million fixed asset, land of 150 mu, more than 300 employees. 

There are over 100 sets of stamping equipments in the company, which can meet the requirement of stamping production from 30 to 600 tons. There are over 60 sets of modern CNC punching machines, laser cutting machines, CNC bending machines, CNC lathe and CNC machining center. There are modern detection equipments such as coordinate measuring machine (CMM), industrial projector and salt mist tester. It owns two production lines of welding and surface treatment. The production achieves the flow service from design, mold processing, production, surface treatment till logistics and transport.
The company owns their team for production research & evelopment, with 5 senior engineers and 25 technicians who have rich research and development experiences of metal products. The product design adopts computer aided system. All the company productions perform the international quality management system standard ISO9001. Thus every link of the production gets good management and under control.

A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance.
Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T + 50% Mold Fees in advance, balance before shipment.

A: First of all, Our company is aiming to avoid any problems before the production. So we will

confirm every detail before the quotation. Once the order is confirmed, we will also re-confirm

Secondly, Our company has a strict requirement for our suppliers on quality control. They must be

performed according to ISO9001:2008 Standard. Such as the Initial sample test, last sample test, Random

test, etc.
