Overall processing with 5M abrasive grinding, advanced heat treatment process for tempering, multiple stress relief, quenching, Heef-2 microcrack hard chromium electroplating.
Roller surface accuracy: Mirror surface roller roughness Ra0.01 (smoothness level 14), heating temperature difference ≤ ± 1 ºC, thermal deformation ≤ 0.01mm. Straightness ≤ 0.005mm, runout ≤ 0.005mm, coaxiality ≤ 0.005mm. The surface hardness is HRC55-58, and the hardness after chrome plating and polishing is HV1000 (HRC62). Usage: Suitable for PP, PT, PE, ABS, PVC and other plastic embossing, leather embossing, textile fabric embossing, paper embossing, iron plate, stainless steel plate, aluminum plate, steel plate, wooden board embossing, etc

1.How to maintain the machine?
Answer: add mechanical lubrication equipment to chain, bearing and cutting slide every month. Add mechanical lubrication to the case every half a year.
