The working principle of electric tube clamp valve: when the electric head turns the hand wheel clockwise, the size of the valve stem simultaneously drives the upper and lower pressure plate to compress the tube sleeve so as to close, and on the contrary, the line is opened. In this way, the pressure plate moves up and down between the pull rod to complete the valve opening and closing work.
Electric tube clamp valve installation and maintenance:
(1) The valve is installed arbitrarily on the pipeline, there is no medium flow restriction.
(2) The valve has low maintenance cost, and there is no need to replace the valve seat, sealing packing, sealing ring or expansion pipe regularly. The rubber hose is the only part of the pipe clamp valve that needs to be replaced. Once the rubber hose is replaced, the valve is like a new valve, and this valve rarely needs other parts inventory.
