Four-column hydraulic press machine adopts three beams and four column structure, the hydraulic system adopts a cartridge valve oil circuit, and the electrical system adopts a relay or PLC control circuit, with adjustment and semi-automatic operation mode, the whole machine structure is a simple, compact, economic and reasonable, reliable action, long service life, small hydraulic impact, reduce the connection pipeline and leakage.

Its working pressure, pressing speed, and stroke range can be adjusted within the specified range according to the process needs, and two types of the process can be realized: constant pressure and constant range. In the case of fixed-pressure forming, there is a pressure-holding delay and an automatic return stroke after pressing. The table is equipped with an ejector device in the middle, which can be used as a hydraulic pad for the forming process of drawn parts in addition to ejecting the products.

Stress Analysis & Finite Element Analysis
The CAE software SOLIDWORKS is used as the method to analyze the linear static construction, stress, and deformation for press break and laser cutting machine frames. So for complicated structures, highly complex loadings, transient modeling, and a combination of the above, FEA makes sense.
 
Electric Installation And Safety
The control panel features a switch enabling the user to select the desired type of work in a manual, semi-automatic, or automatic position and a switch to select either the fast speed or slow speed. Electrical and hydraulic maneuvers are redundant and self-controlled. They incorporate an additional safety block and self-control devices for maneuver and safety. It includes the verification and certification of the correct operation and the safety distance for the photocells.
