The raw materials used by the panel furniture manufacturers are mainly particleboard, MDF, block board, particle board, solid wood board, plywood, polymer plate, fire board, and other wood-based panels. The selected edge strips are mainly PVC, polyester, melamine, and wood strips. Fine trimming
There are two individual high-frequency motors to fine-trim the exceeding edge on the top and bottom sides of the panel to ensure both sides of the edge are smooth and even.

Scraping
The unit for a perfect finishing of the applied edge.

Buffing
The unit is equipped with cotton polishing wheels to make a smooth surface by end-polishing.
