Q1:What is your regular practice about terms of payment?A: TT: 30% deposit in advance, and 70% balance paid against shipping docs. For small amounts, say less than USD1000, full payment in advance to save bank fees.

Q3: Can the sample charge be refunded or deducted from the payment for goods?
A: The sample fee will be refundable to you once your order is confirmed
