The microencapsulation beadlets are manufactured with advanced spray and starch-catching drying technology. The individual particles containing canthaxanthin are finely dispersed in the matrix of food modified starch and sucrose, coated with corn starch. dl-alpha-tocopherol is added as antioxidants.
