Produce process
1, Raw material screening: the selection of high-quality alumina ultra-fine powder with high purity and uniform texture is used as raw materials for screening.
2. Ball forming type: Put the sifted alumina ceramic powder into the ball making machine, and make the ball through the advanced forming process.
3. Drying: The molded ceramic ball is dried, usually at a high temperature.
4. Sintering: The dry ceramic ball is sintered by a high-temperature tunnel kiln to make its surface vitrified to improve hardness and density.
5. Cleaning: Clean the sintered ceramic ball to remove surface impurities and residues.
