The output displacement of this actuator is directly proportional to the input air pressure signal, and the greater the signal pressure, the greater the displacement of the push rod. 

When the pressure is balanced with the reaction force of the spring, the push rod stabilizes in a certain position, and there are two types of pneumatic actuators: angular stroke pneumatic actuator and straight stroke pneumatic actuator.
